Position: Marketing Executive

  • You will be responsible for advertising our services and communicating our brand message in a clear and effective manner to help generate new business and be fully responsible for generating sales leads and understanding/analyzing the outcomes and end result.

      Duties and Responsibilities

      • Digital Marketing: Execute all digital marketing efforts, including email marketing, social media marketing, SEO, PPC, and social media ads.
      • Offline Marketing: Research and identify content aligned with our target audience, develop it using keywords and SEO principles, and collaborate with the content creator/team to produce materials such as blogs, case studies, and brochures.
      • Technical Support: Maintain and improve the performance of our Learning Management System (LMS) while providing support to internal teams, clients, stakeholders, and maintaining the website. Work alongside the web developer to create, develop, and update written content using SEO principles to ensure a smooth user journey.
      • Continuous Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest SLCN and education news and trends to implement reactive marketing strategies and increase visibility.
      • Corporate Communications: Proactively manage scheduling, promotion, and coordination of internal initiatives and events as needed. Gather information monthly for the internal newsletter.
      • Time Management Skills: Exhibit excellent organizational and management skills, applying best practices and updating organizational tools daily. Adapt to tight deadlines, efficiently use Google Calendar and Google Drive.
      • Community Management: Collect customer feedback, increase reviews on online forums and social media, respond promptly, and foster relationships.
      • Software Knowledge: Proficient in using software and CRM tools such as Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, HubSpot, Google Suite, and others.
      • Reporting: Provide updates during monthly marketing catch-ups and ensure daily updates to the preferred organizational tool (e.g. Jira board) to support the achievement of weekly and monthly goals.
      • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and marketing automation platforms.
      • Technical Proficiency: Experience with tools such as Google Analytics Personal Attributes: Creative Problem-Solver: Ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions to marketing challenges.
      • Strong Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
      • Adaptable: Quick to respond to changes in the market or industry, with the ability to pivot strategies as necessary.
      • Detail-Oriented: Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all marketing materials and communications.
      • Team Player: Collaborative attitude, able to work across different departments and with external partners to achieve common goals.
      • Results-Driven: Focused on achieving measurable outcomes and continuously optimizing for better performance.

        Requirements

        As you will be working from home, please be advised that we will require you to prepare certain Technical Requirements for you to meet the industry standard.

        • A dedicated secluded working space away from noise and any distractions
        • Updated personal computer or laptop with webcam
        • Stable internet connection of at least 5Mbps and a backup of a pocket WiFi or Mobile Data
