About the role:
As the Marketing Director for the European region, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, enhance customer engagement, and support business growth. Leveraging your expertise in renewable energy and your understanding of the European market, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
1. Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the European region, aligned with the company's global marketing objectives and business goals.
2. Drive brand positioning and awareness by creating compelling marketing campaigns, content, and messaging that resonate with European customers.
3. Lead market research and analysis efforts to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, providing insights to guide marketing strategies.
4. Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Operations, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and support lead generation and sales efforts.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and media partners to enhance the company's brand reputation and visibility.
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
2. Fluency in English is essential
3. 8+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the renewable energy industry or a Strong understanding of the renewable energy landscape, market dynamics, and regulatory environment in Europe.
4. Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that have driven business growth and brand awareness.
5. In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, social media, events, and public relations.
6. Experience in market research and analysis, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive marketing strategies and decision-making.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders.
8. Any additional European languages (esp. Italian, German, Spanish) will be a plus
