Marketing Director

About the Role

The Marketing Director will lead our enterprise marketing efforts and be the driving force behind our digital presence and brand voice. In this role, you will oversee the development of a new website, create branded marketing collateral, manage social media channels, and run email marketing campaigns. You will also manage a network of vendors and freelancers to deliver high-quality outputs at competitive costs. We are seeking an experienced marketer who can ensure brand consistency across all channels.

What You'll Do

• Lead & manage the development of Road Rebel's new website.
• Created branded sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, & proposal templates.
• Write & edit marketing copy for collateral, campaigns, & client communications.
• Manage social media content calendar & post scheduling.
• Build, execute, & optimize email marketing campaigns aligned with sales goals.
• Manage a network of Philippines-based freelancers & vendors.
• Act as the single point of contact for all marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of marketing experience, ideally in B2B or enterprise services.
• Experience using WordPress, HubSport, Webflow or similar to lead website development projects.
• Strong copywriting & marketing collateral development skills.
• Experience running email marketing campaigns using Salesforce, Hubspot, or similar.
• Skilled in managing social media content & analytics.
• Proven ability to manage offshore freelancers/vendors through design, develop, & content stages.
• Strong English communication skills (written & speaking).
• Detail-oriented & self-driven.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: PHP 100,000 - 140,000 per month (Approx. USD $1,800 - $2,500 per month).
• Flexible remote work environment.
