Marketing Content Associate

The core responsibility of this role is to find the right content creators, models, and collaborators to create compelling content for a global brand. Our audience is diverse and spread across different regions, so we aim to create regionally relevant content.

Job Description

• Research and reach out to regional models and creators

• Contact model or marketing agencies via social platforms, websites, or email

• Order content via third-party platforms (e.g., Bilio)

• Collaborate with the team to generate content ideas

• Source locations and help organize photo shoots with models and photographers

Requirements

• Preferably experienced in content ideation, production, or outsourced content procurement

• Experience or familiarity with the modeling/creative production industry is a strong plus

• At least one year of experience in a related field

• Open to feedback and collaborative with the team

• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to a startup culture

• Excellent communication—clear, timely, and proactive

• Able to work independently and efficiently

• Freelance or business owner background is a plus

Salary and Setup

• Starts with an hourly-based rate; can shift to output-based

• Open to part-time or full-time roles

• Hybrid setup is possible with strong output; training is primarily onsite

• All terms are negotiable based on performance
