Description

ServiceChannel is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Campaign Manager to accelerate our growth through innovative, data-driven demand creation and pipeline programs. In this pivotal role, you’ll craft and scale high-impact campaigns that span email, webinars, events, paid media, landing page optimization, and more—all within an integrated, multi-channel strategy. Reporting to the Senior Director of Demand Generation, you’ll be at the forefront of fueling our pipeline while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive measurable results.  

 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Lead the Charge on Campaigns: Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of campaigns designed to generate qualified leads, engage target accounts, and maximize conversion rates across the entire sales funnel. You’ll be a key player in shaping the future of our demand generation. 
  • Innovate New Lead Channels: Uncover and test new B2B lead-generation channels, and bring fresh, data-backed insights to leadership to continuously expand our reach. 
  • Refine Targeting & Messaging: Lead segmentation efforts, defining key buyer personas and tailoring messaging that directly addresses their unique pain points, needs, and goals. 
  • Analyze & Optimize: Dive deep into campaign data to monitor key metrics—CPL, MQLs, MQAs, conversion rates, pipeline velocity—and identify opportunities for optimization. You’ll provide actionable recommendations to improve performance and ROI. 
  • Collaborate for Seamless Handoff: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead transitions, optimize conversion processes, and continuously refine messaging for maximum impact. 
  • Leverage Marketing Technology: Utilize our cutting-edge tech stack (6Sense, HubSpot, Drift, Mutiny, etc.) to automate, measure, and scale demand generation efforts. 
  • Get Hands-On: You’re not just a strategist—you’ll roll up your sleeves to test, optimize, and iterate. A/B testing email campaigns, refining ad copy, building Salesforce reports, and experimenting with new tactics will all be part of your daily routine. 

 

Required Skills & Experience  

  • Proven Demand Gen Experience: 3+ years in demand generation or digital marketing, with a strong track record of driving B2B lead generation success. SaaS or tech industry experience is a big plus. 
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with demand generation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, and more.  
  • Analytical Mindset: You thrive on data. You’re comfortable analyzing performance metrics and adjusting campaigns in real time using tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and CRM platforms. 
  •  Content-Driven Marketing: A solid understanding of content marketing—whether it’s email, webinars, blogs, or gated content (eBooks, whitepapers)—and how to leverage it to engage and nurture prospects. 
  • Creative Problem Solver: You can think outside the box to develop creative programs that resonate with your audience and align with business goals. 
  • Collaboration Across Teams: You know how to work with sales, marketing operations, and other internal teams to ensure everyone is aligned and executing seamlessly. 
  • Communication Excellence: Whether through email, social media, or presentations, you’re a master at crafting compelling messages that speak directly to B2B decision-makers. 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field. 

 

Bonus Points: 

  • Experience with ABM strategies and tools like 6Sense or Demandbase 
  • Ability to drive programs and ROI with ON24, Drift, Sendoso
