Manager – Global People Strategy & Operations

The Manager of Global People Strategy & Operations leads strategic, project-based initiatives designed to strengthen collaboration, efficiency, and alignment across the client’s network of global delivery centers. This role is not a traditional talent or deployment position but a strategic and operational leadership role focused on project management, stakeholder engagement, and the integration of people, process, and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex, cross-territory projects focused on optimizing people operations, enhancing global collaboration, and improving workforce efficiency.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to business and HR leaders, aligning global priorities across centers in Argentina, Mexico, India, and the Philippines.
  • Drive operational excellence by managing escalations, identifying process gaps, and designing scalable solutions tailored to regional needs.
  • Implement and enforce credentialing and collaboration policies, ensuring consistent standards across global territories.
  • Use data-driven insights and analytics to inform decision-making, leveraging tools such as Power BI, Excel, and MS Office Suite.
  • Apply AI and automation capabilities—including ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot—to streamline reporting, workflows, and communication.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, translating complex initiatives into clear, actionable outcomes.
  • Build relationships across diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, fostering alignment and effective communication.
  • Identify and mobilize the right leaders and resources to drive successful project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management and strategic operations, preferably within a professional services or shared services environment.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in global, multicultural environments.
  • Proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Office, and emerging AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into operational improvements.
