Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year

Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide virtual counseling services to adults and/or adolescents across Texas. In this role, you’ll spend your days completing intakes, providing ongoing therapy, and supporting clients as they work through mood, anxiety, trauma, and everyday life stressors. You’ll use evidence-based approaches, maintain clear documentation, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to support safe, effective care in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual telehealth counseling sessions to a defined caseload.
• Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and regular progress notes.
• Monitor client risk and safety, and follow established protocols for crisis situations.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other members of the care team.
• Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and quality reviews.
• Use the electronic health record (EHR) to document services within required timeframes.
• Maintain awareness of licensure rules, ethical standards, and organizational policies.

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
• Active Texas LPC license (or LPC-eligible with clear timeline for full licensure).
• Minimum of 1–2 years of post-master’s clinical experience, preferably in outpatient mental health.
• Experience providing therapy via telehealth or strong interest in virtual care.
• Comfortable working with diverse populations and a range of clinical presentations.
• Strong clinical documentation, time management, and communication skills.

• Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule.
