Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per year

Role Description

This position is built for clinicians who want predictable hours and a steady caseload. You will focus entirely on client care, treatment planning, and follow-through, without in-person demands or shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions
• Conduct mental health evaluations
• Maintain treatment notes and care plans
• Adjust interventions as client needs change
• Follow Maryland practice and ethical standards

• Active Maryland LCPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or mental health field
• Experience with adult or general mental health populations
• Strong documentation habits
• Ability to work independently
