About the Role
We're looking for a Lead Generation and Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in both lead generation and creative marketing. This hybrid role will support Tricolage’s growth across global B2B markets by generating agency leads, setting appointments, and creating content that resonates with their mission. Reporting to both the Founder and the Head of Marketing, this is a high-ownership role ideal for someone who’s proactive, organized, and passionate about thoughtful, sustainable travel.
Work hours: 9 AM to 6 PM Philippine Time (equivalent to 10 AM to 7 PM Japan Time), Monday to Friday
Work arrangement: Remote
What you’ll do
Lead Generation and Appointment Setting (50%)
Research and build a high-quality pipeline of global boutique/luxury travel agencies.
Conduct outbound outreach via email and LinkedIn to introduce Tricolage’s offerings.
Set and confirm intro calls between qualified partners and the Founder.
Track all engagement, follow-ups, and notes using the CRM (e.g., HubSpot or similar).
Contribute to copywriting and optimization of outreach campaigns.
Digital Marketing and Content Support
Draft LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and social content for B2B and agency audiences.
Repurpose photos, testimonials, and itineraries into branded marketing assets.
Assist with campaign scheduling via tools like Canva, Mailchimp, and Buffer.
Maintain visual consistency across decks, one-pagers, and digital assets.
Monitor content performance and support monthly reporting on engagement.
What You Bring
3-5 years in a marketing assistant, virtual support, or business development coordinator role.
Strong experience in content writing - someone who can write well, support your marketing channels, and also drive outreach campaigns
Excellent written English and the ability to adjust tone for different audiences.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Canva, and Mailchimp.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks independently.
Bonus: Experience in travel, hospitality, sustainability, or purpose-driven brands.
Passionate about regenerative tourism, sustainability, and intentional storytelling.
