Key requirements:
- Previous experience on digital workplace migrations projects i.e. M365, ITAM, Endpoint Management, Security, Infra & Network fundamentals, etc;
- Interest in technology and understanding of business practices;
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills with the ability to manage expectations and explain technical details;
- Experience with cross-team coordination, team management, project management, and executive communication;
- Enthusiasm for public speaking and ability to communicate confidently & concisely, via email, over the phone, or video call with all audiences;
- Strong analytical capabilities to manage varying levels of complexity with a process improvement mentality;
- Passion in helping customers, serving as an advocate for their success by leading impactful, engaging sessions and providing the best customer experience;
- Improvement and Transformation experience and drive, person focused on transformation, automation, and process efficiency;
- Experience working in a multi-national organization and having good cultural sensitivity awareness;
- Fluent in Italian and English;
Required Technical skills:
- Digital workplace platforms, Windows applications and operating systems;
- Familiar with ITSM tools, Microsoft Project;
- Proficient in reporting and analytics;
- ITIL certification is a plus;
- Other expertise such as PMI certification is valuable;
- Additional Project management software is a plus (MPP, JIRA);
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint).
