Job Description

Stefanini is a global IT services company with over 88 offices in 39 countries across the globe. Since 1987, Stefanini has been providing offshore, onshore and near-shore IT services, including application development, IT infrastructure outsourcing (helpdesk support and desktop services), systems integration, consulting and strategic staffing to enterprises around the world. Currently we are looking for a Junior Support Engineer with Serbian to join our team!

* You will talk with the clients (via email, phone and chat) in order to help them solve their IT issues: account password reset, Internet connectivity issues, emailing options etc.;
* You will log in remotely to clients' computer in order to solve the software issues easily;
* You will document the issues that you deal with on a daily basis into the ticketing system;
* Troubleshooting hardware, software and network related issues;
* Escalating problems to the next level of support when necessary;


Requirements:
  • Advanced level of Serbian, English and Polish,
  • Can-do attitude, high adaptability, and resilience;  
  • Organized, analytical, detail-oriented person;
