We’re looking for a hands-on and systems-savvy IT Manager to take full ownership of internal tech operations across a growing, globally distributed team. This is a foundational role supporting multiple business units—from employee onboarding and access control to IT compliance and AI tool implementation.
You’ll be the go-to person for technical setup, troubleshooting, SaaS management, and innovation, playing a vital role in keeping the company secure, efficient, and tech-enabled as it scales.
This role is ideal for someone with both technical competence and entrepreneurial hustle, who enjoys working in dynamic environments and wearing multiple hats.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including account creation, permissions setup, and device coordination
Provide remote support for day-to-day IT issues (hardware, software, access) across Mac, Windows, and cloud environments
Administer and maintain company tools, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRMs, Slack, Notion, and others
Oversee system permissions, role-based access, and user management for SaaS tools
Proactively monitor for inconsistencies and ensure alignment with security best practices
Assist with basic IT compliance and documentation for internal policies and audits
Evaluate and implement AI-powered tools and low-code platforms to enhance productivity (e.g., chatbots, automation workflows)
Partner with business and operations leaders to improve processes through tech enablement
Create internal guides and SOPs for new tools or systems
5+ years of experience in IT support, IT administration, or internal systems management
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and cloud-based SaaS platforms
Experience managing CRMs, productivity tools, and internal documentation systems
Strong troubleshooting instincts and ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
Clear and fluent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Based in South Africa or Latin America, with availability for U.S. time zone overlap
Familiarity with tools like JumpCloud, Okta, or device management platforms
Experience implementing AI tools, automations, or custom integrations across systems
Background working in startup or fast-paced entrepreneurial environments
Knowledge of basic cybersecurity practices and data protection protocols
This is your chance to be the tech backbone of a fast-moving organization building multiple companies at once. You’ll have full visibility into team needs, the authority to recommend new tools, and the freedom to build scalable systems from the ground up.
If you're the type of IT professional who thrives on autonomy, wants to innovate beyond tickets, and loves helping people do their best work—this role is built for you.
