General Purpose

The IT Manager, plans, coordinates and oversees all activities related to the design, development, implementation and support of all infrastructure services and the IT service desk.  Oversees design, setup, configuration, maintenance and ongoing support of various infrastructure services within the City. Coordinates and supervises Operations division staff (System Administration Team and Service Desk Team) and ensures service level commitments are met to internal and external customers.
Hiring salary is dependent upon experience. 
The hiring range is $136,920.98 - $152,134.43 / Annually

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or closely related field and six years of related progressively responsible experience required. Experience leading and supervising technical teams. Experience in technical analysis, project management, enterprise infrastructure management, technical documentation and quality management is required. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered. CJIS certified or ability to obtain certification prior to employment is required. Must possess a valid Colorado driver’s license.
