We’re looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Head of Operations & Analytics / Chief of Staff to bring structure, insight, and operational excellence into Feedzai’s global growth organization. This role will own marketing operations, data analytics, performance reporting, and process optimization to ensure our growth engine runs efficiently and scales effectively.

You:

You’ll work cross-functionally with campaigns, digital, field, and sales teams to deliver actionable insights, optimize marketing investments, and embed operational discipline across the business. Critically, you will act as a strategic and hands-on partner to the VP of Global Growth - supporting market expansion initiatives, ABM programs, and pipeline management. In this role you will also have a dual reporting line to the Chief Marketing Officer as a Chief of Staff supporting with marketing board-level materials and embedding an operational rhythm that drives measurable impact across the function.

Your Day to Day:

  • Own global marketing operations, analytics, and reporting frameworks.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that track pipeline coverage, velocity, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights that guide strategic decisions across campaigns, digital, and field marketing.
  • Partner with revenue/ sales operations and finance to ensure pipeline, forecasting, and revenue attribution are aligned.
  • Define and optimize the marketing tech stack, ensuring systems integrate seamlessly with CRM and sales tools.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the VP of Global Growth, shaping strategic initiatives while also providing hands-on support with funnel analytics, pipeline reporting, and market insights.
  • Support the CMO with board reports, investor updates, and executive-level presentations.
  • Drive operational cadence for the marketing organization - quarterly planning, goal setting, and business reviews.
    Identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement best practices to increase efficiency and scale.
  • Manage and mentor a lean team focused on analytics, marketing operations, and business intelligence.

 You Have & You Know-how: 

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or analytics, with proven leadership experience.
  • Deep understanding of B2B SaaS pipeline dynamics, funnel management, and demand generation metrics.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Marketo/Hubspot, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), and attribution models.
  • Track record of building dashboards and reporting frameworks that inform executive decision-making.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership (CMO, VP-level) with both strategic initiatives and hands-on operational execution.
  • Ability to manage operational cadence across a global team and align multiple stakeholders.
    Strong people management skills with experience building and developing lean, high-impact teams.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in fintech, enterprise technology, or AI-driven companies is a plus
