Job Overview
We’re helping our client, a high-velocity DTC brand, find a hands-on leader to own and scale their entire acquisition engine. As Head of Growth Marketing, you will architect and execute a full-funnel strategy to drive profitable and repeatable customer growth—transforming eight-figure budgets into impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Architect the full acquisition stack—paid social, search, programmatic, affiliate, CTV
- Stand up clean data pipes and attribution models to tie every dollar to LTV
- Drive rapid-fire testing on creative, offers, and landing pages; kill losers fast, double down on winners
- Build and mentor a team of A-level channel specialists and analysts
- Deliver board-ready weekly scorecards that translate CAC, MER, and payback into plain English
RequirementsMust-Have:
- 5–8+ years owning growth for a DTC brand, preferably with $10–50M+ annual media spend
- Mastery of Meta and Google Ads
- Experience with at least one emerging channel (TikTok, CTV, podcasts, etc.)
- Fluency in LTV modeling, cohort analysis, and incrementality testing (GA4, Triple Whale, Rockerbox, or home-grown)
- Proven record of hitting aggressive new-customer and MER targets while scaling spend
- Hands-on approach: comfortable shifting between strategy, execution and coaching
