About the Role

Miquela has already redefined what it means to be a creator — now she’s evolving into a platform where AI, crypto, and community collide. We’re looking for a Head of AI & Crypto, Miquela to architect this next chapter and invent entirely new ways for millions of people to connect, play, and earn alongside her. This is a GM-style role with the freedom to shape product vision, test wild ideas, and ship experiences that break new ground in how people play, create, and connect with virtual talent. 

You’ll be driving the transformation from social-first icon to AI + crypto-powered universe — building wallets into fandom, turning storylines into participatory games, and experimenting with formats the industry hasn’t seen before. Part strategist, part builder, part cultural operator, you’ll have a hand in everything from designing new fan economies to hard-wiring AI into the creative pipeline.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Miquela’s evolution into an AI + crypto-first platform, creating fan experiences that extend beyond social into wallets, games, live events, and new formats you’ll help invent

• Launch AI-driven, crypto-powered products with a GM mindset—setting the vision, running bold experiments, and turning ideas into reality

• Identify and build new sources of revenue and community growth, designing business models that deepen her bond with fans while inviting entirely new audiences in

• Rapidly test ideas, chase product-market-channel fit, track the signals, and double down on what works—owning dashboards for engagement, retention, revenue, and wallet activations

• Hard-wire AI into the creative engine, partnering with our creative leads to integrate best-in-class tools and pipelines that raise both output and quality

• Collaborate across business, partnerships, and creative teams to keep projects aligned with Miquela’s ethos, lore, and community values while pushing her impact to new levels in AI and crypto

We’re Looking for Someone With…

• Proven experience launching engaging consumer products, whether in gaming, creative tooling, interactive apps, Web3, or AI. You know how to build things people actually love to use

• Deep crypto fluency and hands-on AI chops. You live and breathe onchain UX, have bought NFTs/tokens, and are comfortable with the latest diffusion models, LLMs, and generative video tools

• Strategic hustle with grounded execution. You can set the vision, craft the deck, rally a team, and deliver V1 on lean resources — and you do it with clarity and conviction

• Sharp creative + lore sensibility. You understand how tech, storytelling, business, and community weave together into fandom, and you know how to make that magic scale

• Founder-level ownership. You thrive at the intersection of digital culture, AI, and Web3. You’re a self-starter who’s high-energy, proactive, and happiest when rolling up your sleeves to take something from zero to launch (and beyond)

• Experience leading viral, innovative, or otherwise notable launches, especially if they happened in Web3, AI, or both

• A track record of turning IP into playable experiences, communities, or economies

• A strong network across Web3, AI, and digital culture that you can tap into to make things happen faster
