What you will do​​​​​​​

• ​​​​​​You will work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams to execute the product and business strategy. 
• Your focus will be on building novel products and features that enhance user experiences. 
• You will contribute to the full development cycle, including technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch. 
• Additionally, you will collaborate with a team of motivated engineers, contribute to standards that improve developer workflows, and mentor junior engineers to help them grow their technical expertise.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute product and business strategy .
• Develop novel products and features for onboarding experience.
• Contribute to the full development cycle, including technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
• Review code, design documents, and provide feedback on product specifications and mocks.
• Contribute to improving developer workflows and recommend best practices

Requirements

• ​​​​​​​Minimum of 5+ years of software engineering experience, primarily focusing on developing user-facing, reusable UI components, managing application state efficiently, and optimizing performance.
• Hands-on experience with React, Golang, and GraphQL on large B2C applications.

• ​​​​​​​Knowledge of REST, HTTP basics, and the ability to design maintainable APIs is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver projects on schedule.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, self-directed, innovative, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with remote teams and communicate complex technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Technical leadership experience
