Description
As Digital Marketing Manager at Elsight, you will own our digital presence within an approved framework. You will plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, digital touchpoints including our website, manage online advertising efforts, and drive brand awareness across digital platforms. You will work closely with product and sales teams to communicate Elsight’s value proposition to technical and executive audiences, and continuously refine performance based on analytics and insights.

You will…
- Develop and lead digital marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning, product launches, and pipeline goals
- Manage the company’s website, support SEO and AI optimization, conversion improvements, and content updates
- Create videos using an AI-based platform
- Manage the company’s social media channels (LinkedIn, X, YouTube), support paid campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
- Collaborate with creative resources to produce effective ad content (static, video, interactive)
- Support the digital presence of Elsight at exhibitions and other events
- Email marketing through HubSpot
- Future use of other marketing platforms

- Proven 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the B2B tech landscape. Background in defense, drone, or connectivity industries is a strong advantage.
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on expertise in managing websites, digital ads, and analytics skilled at measuring, analyzing, and optimizing campaigns for impact.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and take ownership to drive results end-to-end.
- A creative and strategic mindset, with a strong understanding of brand positioning and the readiness to roll up your sleeves to execute campaigns.
- Proven experience collaborating directly with customers to develop and share compelling success stories.
- Global perspective – track record of managing and nurturing relationships with international customers.
- Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) at a native-level proficiency, with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
- Curiosity, proactivity, and passion for technology and innovation, along with the drive to bring fresh, creative ideas to the table.
