Partnering closely with Property Managers, you will:
Analyze long-term cash flow projections (5-year basis).
Prepare annual budgets and CAM reconciliations.
Manage and process client distributions and capital contributions.
Review, record, and reconcile accruals and prepaids.
Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for multiple commercial assets.
Handle property onboarding, including GL and tenant ledger migration.
Manage tenant billing, rent adjustments, and move-outs.
Process accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations.
Complete 1099 year-end filings.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
Proven ability to manage complex accounting workflows with consistency and clarity.
Experience juggling multiple portfolios or accounting projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in commercial lease structures and related accounting practices.
Expertise in Yardi Voyager.
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
