ABOUT THE ROLE

Β The Business Development Representative will be actively involved in outreach to target accounts, inbound leads, and marketing qualified leads with the goal of gathering Sales intelligence and handling early-stage opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a desire to learn and develop their Sales expertise.

This role will be located in the Kansas City Metro area.

SPECIFIC RESPONDSIBILITIESΒ 

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound prospecting.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
  • Conduct Sales development best practices with email, phone, and social drips using sales automation software to build cadences to connect with new prospects.
