Company Overview
We are a premier online retailer specializing in aftermarket upgrade kits for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, compatible with nearly every Lexus and Toyota model. Founded in 2014 and based in Raleigh, NC, our company has rapidly grown, distributing upgrade kits to both shops and consumers across the U.S. and Europe.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Procurement Specialist to manage our daily bookkeeping, generate financial reports, and oversee inventory procurement to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

Bookkeeping & Financial Reporting

• Reconcile all company transactions daily.
• Generate and submit monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements to the owner.
• Monitor accounts for any unexpected or irregular transactions.
• Maintain financial records in compliance with GAAP standards.

Procurement & Inventory Management

• Work closely with fulfillment team members to track inventory levels and anticipate reordering needs.
• Process re-orders for inventory as required, ensuring stock levels meet demand.
• Maintain accurate inventory forecasting based on sales data and current stock.
• Research and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and terms for inventory purchases.

Requirements

• Experience in accounting/bookkeeping, with knowledge of GAAP.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
• Ability to create inventory forecasts based on sales trends.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A hardworking, humble attitude with a proactive mindset.

Compensation & Work Schedule

• Salary: $1,500 USD per month (before taxes).
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST).
