AU Bookkeeper (AU MSP Industry, WFH)

Salary: P30,000-P50,000 (Salary Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:00 AM - 03:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Familiarity with Xero (bookkeeping and payroll)
• Experience with AWS admin tools (e.g. APN Portal, Payee Central)
• Exposure to Australian B2B invoicing practices
• Strong English skills, especially written communication for liaising with clients around invoicing

Nice to Have:

• MSP Industry
• Australian Client Experience
• Business Support experience

What will you do?

Basic Bookkeeping:

• Assist with Xero bookkeeping tasks such as bank reconciliations and basic transaction entry

Payroll Processing:

• Support monthly payroll for our Australian team (approx. 5–10 staff) via Xero

Client Invoicing and Financial Admin:

• Prepare and issue invoices via Xero
• Reconcile accounts and assist with basic journal entries

AWS Admin Support:

• Support administration tasks related to AWS, including use of the AWS APN Portal and Payee Central
