We’re looking for a strategic and dynamic Associate Director of US Integrated Marketing to join our team. This role will sit at the intersection of brand strategy, creative storytelling, and cross-channel marketing execution. Responsible for leading high-impact campaigns, this role will play a key part in driving brand relevance and resonance within the US.
As a senior leader, you’ll be a key voice in translating business objectives into cohesive, integrated marketing strategies—partnering closely with creative, comms, and product marketing teams. You’ll work cross-functionally and ensure seamless execution of integrated campaigns that scale Bumble’s brand across the United States. Your ultimate goal will be to drive brand awareness and deliver growth in the US by designing campaigns based on market needs and performance trends, and identifying opportunities to build and scale our brand.
$129,000 - $160,000 a year
Base Compensation Range: $129,000 - $160,000. For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all roles based on function, level, and geographic location. This position is also typically eligible to participate in our short- and long-term incentive programs. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) match, Unlimited Paid Time Off Policy.
