About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and strategic AI Transformation Lead (Partners & Alliances) to drive adoption and evangelization of Genesys AI across our Value-Added Resellers (VARs) and Global System Integrators (GSIs). This role is at the intersection of sales, partner account management, and solution consulting, designed for someone who can communicate vision, articulate value, and enable partners to deliver cutting-edge AI-driven customer experience solutions.
The AI Specialist will be responsible for positioning Genesys AI in the partner ecosystem, ensuring VARs and GSIs understand, adopt, and promote our AI capabilities as a core differentiator.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner [Evangelism & Enablement]
    • Champion Genesys AI vision and strategy to VAR and GSI partners.
    • Develop and deliver partner-facing workshops, webinars, and evangelization sessions.
    • Create tailored AI playbooks, demos, and value propositions for partner audiences.
  • Sales  [Pipeline Development & Sales Support]
    • Work closely with Account Teams (pod) to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
    • Support joint account planning and go-to-market initiatives with VARs/GSIs.
    • Assist in building partner pipeline acceleration strategies with AI as a growth driver.
  • Solution Consulting & Technical Guidance
    • Serve as a trusted advisor on AI solution design and integration with Genesys Cloud CX.
    • Collaborate with solution consultants and product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into business outcomes/use cases/sales opportunities
    • Provide input into partner proposals and RFP responses, highlighting AI differentiation.
  • Thought Leadership & Advocacy
    • Represent Genesys AI at partner events, conferences, and executive briefings.
    • Collect and share partner and market feedback with product and strategy teams.
    • Position Genesys AI as the preferred AI solution for customer experience transformation.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in partner enablement, solution consulting, pre-sales, or sales engineering in enterprise SaaS, AI, or cloud CX.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, conversational AI, and customer experience technology.
  • Proven ability to influence and evangelize complex solutions to both technical and business audiences.
  • Skilled in executive-level presentations, storytelling, and value-based selling.
  • Experience collaborating with GSIs, VARs, or large partner ecosystems.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
