Develop and Manage Product Marketing and Retention Strategies
Own and Execute bonuses, CRM and Loyalty programs tactics, execution and Roadmap.
Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth efficiently through the affiliate channel by ensuring strong support and clear communication with all affiliates and partners.
Actively engage with new affiliates to bring in fresh traffic sources and guide them through every aspect of the program.
Keep a close eye on affiliate performance, measuring key metrics like CR, Inst2Reg, Reg2Dep, Click2Reg, and Click2DEP.
Analyze competitor activity, assessing their top markets, bids, and traffic sources.
Lead affiliate partner recruitment and develop strategic marketing campaigns, planning and rolling out the annual affiliate calendar.
Organize monthly promotions and communications for affiliate marketers, managing multiple campaigns across diverse client segments.
Contribute to product development and UX initiatives using a test-and-learn approach, launching new campaign ideas, incentives, and bonus offers.
