Descriptionπ What Youβll Do
As part of our high-performing finance team, you will:
Daily Operations & Month-End Close
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger transactions.
- Manage the month-end close process with accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform bank reconciliations, journal entries, and variance analysis.
Revenue Accounting
- Manage revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606 standards.
- Review customer contracts for proper revenue treatment.
- Monitor deferred revenue schedules to ensure timely recognition.
Systems & Process Improvement
- Contribute to ERP/accounting system implementation projects.
- Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual work and errors.
- Drive process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Reporting & Compliance
- Coordinate with external auditors and be the point of contact during audit cycles.
- Assist in tax filings, statutory requirements, and corporate compliance.
- Ensure financial records meet both local and international standards.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, at least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in a global or big company
- CPA is required; MBA is a plus; other certifications are welcome
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including US GAAP and IFRS
- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and audit management
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and communicate results effectively to senior management
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of accounting professionals
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work on a night shift or partial night shift depending on the arrangement with client
