Employment Type: Full-Time Employment
Work Setup:
Onsite onboarding for two-four weeks, followed by a transition to a remote setup.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S. Pacific Time Zone)
Location: Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
Salary Package: 40,000 to 50,000 PHP/Monthly

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable - Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services, record all checks and payments in QB
  • Prepare the Daily Reports, all reports in excel format.
  • Verify that the credit card and cash are inputted into the report and posted to QB
  • Prepare all the deposits for the monies collected from the daily business.
  • Ensure total cash in box and vouchers equal total funds needs in Petty Cash and post in QB (Quickbooks)
  • Bank & QB Reconciliation of deposits and withdrawals.
  • Bank & credit card (merchant) related fees and post to QB
  • Keeping records & files of Accounting Documents.
  • Keeping records of personnel files.
  • Perform other duties as directed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years experience as an Accounting Clerk
  • Experience in Quickbooks is required.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
